Mottie provides English picture-book content for personal, non-commercial use. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child’s use of the app.
Optional monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The features, tax-inclusive price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by the applicable store before a purchase is completed. Trial eligibility is determined by the store.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Unless canceled within the period required by the applicable store, the subscription renews and the store charges the next period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under the applicable store rules. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. iOS use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The stories, illustrations, audio, and app materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use them commercially without permission.
Mottie is an educational and entertainment aid and does not guarantee a particular language-learning result. Downloads, purchases, restoration, and support forms require an internet connection and may be temporarily unavailable. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content.
The Privacy Policy explains local reading data and information processed for purchases, feedback, and this Cloudflare Pages website. Mottie does not serve advertisements or use app-use analytics.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without excluding mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
